If you decide to engage my services after this, you will need to sign my Agency Agreement and pay the non-refundable Engagement Fee.
I only take on three clients at a time and I won't have clients with the same property brief at the same time.
I will work full time on inspecting properties on your behalf and advise you of properties suitable for you.
I will utilise my network to ensure I see all of the market and premarket properties that fit your property brief.
We can then inspect the most suitable ones together.
Step 4
When you have found the one you love, I will commence due diligence on your behalf.
This includes liaising with your solicitor or conveyancer to review the Contract and, if applicable, Strata Reports, to ensure it is favourable to you.
Step 5
- I can organise and attend Building and Pest Inspections on your behalf.
- Review nearby council developments applications.
- Check the Zones for Flood & Bushfire impact.
- Review any impact from Flight Paths.
